Is NYC DOE offering the Fall Oct. 13 in school day SAT date? Where is the Oct 13 school day SAT being offered?

I’m interested in Oct 13 because the NYC DOE date of Oct. 28 will be scores get to colleges three weeks after the early action deadline.
According to the NYC DOE website, it looks like the October 13 date is available to seniors. I have no way of knowing whether this test date will be available to you or not, or where they will be offering it.
