Is Dr. Chung's SAT Math a helpful review book?

I'm considering buying this book and wondering whether it's actually a good resource to improve SAT math scores. I'm doing ok on math (mid to high 600s on practice tests), but I really would like to get closer to a perfect score. Will it help me?

This book should be helpful to you as someone who is already scoring relatively high on the math section. It contains many helpful tips accompanied by examples and 20 different practice tests. It doesn't walk you through explanations of the basic concepts that are tested, but if you're already close to a 700, your foundational math knowledge is probably pretty solid.
