Should I submit SAT scores if my ACT is better?

I got a 31 on my ACT and will take it again to hopefully get at least a 32. I got a 1410 on my SAT and that seems to be at the level of a 30 on the ACT. Do colleges want to see both tests? Or should I only send in my ACT since it has better scores?

There's no need to send in both reports if your ACT score is comparatively higher than your SAT score. Colleges treat scores from both tests equally, so you might as well save your money and just send the ACT.
