What's the ACT score equivalent for my new SAT score?

I got a 1300 on the new SAT, which is supposedly a 1950 on the old SAT or a 29 on the ACT. However, some websites say a 1300 on the new SAT is the equivalent of a 27(almost 28) or 28, and some have it at a 28 or 29. My score report also stated that 1300 was in the 91st percentile, and the 91st percentile on the ACT is a 29. If anybody has any input on how to accurately convert my SAT score to an ACT score or old SAT score, it would be appreciated.

We now have more reliable information on how to compare new SAT scores to old SAT scores and ACT scores because of the concordance tables released by the College Board after the May SAT. These tables represent the most accurate conversions because they're based on statistics from the first two administrations of the new SAT. According to the concordance tables, your score of 1300 on the new SAT is the equivalent of an 1820 on the old SAT and a 27 on the ACT.
